Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the LinoScore Suite (including Linos Clarity, Linos Sales, Linos CIO, and the linoscore.com marketing site) (“Linos”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or paying a subscription fee you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscriptions & payment

Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans prepay the full year. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes. You can cancel any time from the admin console; no refunds for partial periods.

3. Your data

Your data is yours. We process it only to provide the service. You can export all data as CSV or JSON from the admin console at any time. After cancellation we retain your tenant data for 90 days, then permanently delete on written confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the platform, resell access to third parties without written permission, use the service to process data that you are not legally entitled to process, or abuse the AI features to generate content that violates Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Uptime & availability

We target 99.5% availability on Starter, 99.9% on Professional, and custom SLA on Enterprise. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Linos Consulting’s registered jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
